Indeed, buyers of condominium units are now seeking a community and environment that represents them and their lifestyle. More than ever, the communication element is now fundamental in real estate management. We no longer manage buildings and structures, but communities.<\/p>\n<p>Committed to its customers, <strong>Sentinel<\/strong> has put in place a communication tool, a web portal, in order to facilitate the exchange of information. This platform promotes conversations between co-owners and real estate managers while offering a variety of information, such as: newsletters to the residents, work orders, access to a wide range of documents from the co-ownership registry, booking of common installations and management of complaints. This whole content is now accessible on a web-based platform and its mobile application in order to guarantee everybody\u2019s access to information in real
